  • Khel Mahakumbh 2017
School received cash prize of Rs. 1,50,000 from Honourable Education Minister Shri Bhupendrabhai Chudasama and Honourable Sports Minister Shri Rajendrabhai Trivedi at Nadiad on 28th September’2017.
  • Cycling Club of Baroda
Mann Patel of class IX participated in Cycling Race and was declared winner by The Cycling Club of Baroda and Vadodara Marathon in May’2017.
  • 36th Gujarat State Roller Skating Championship
Raj Jani of V received silver medal in the 36th Gujarat State Roller Skating Championship & bagged Bronze Medal in CBSE Skating Championship in 500 meter speed squads at IEB School, Bhopal. He also stood 1st in the District Level Skating Competition & Khel Mahakumbh.
  • Inter School Quiz Contest
Archit Pethani of VIII and Tanishq Nayak of VII were declared winners in the Inter School Quiz Contest organized by Bal Bhavan Society.
  • INTACH India Heritage Quiz
A team of Manav Jani and Rohan Puntambekar of class X stood first in the Zonal Round of INTACH India Heritage Quiz. They are declared winners from Entire Gujarat and they represented Gujarat State for the National Roundy.
  • Indian Classical Vocal Music in Kala Mahakumbh Competition
Somsuta Gandhi of class VI B participated and secured 1st position in Indian Classical Vocal Music in Kala Mahakumbh Competition at District Level.
  • Tech Navfest IT Quiz
A team of Manav Jani and Rohan Puntambekar of class X participated in Tech Navfest IT Quiz where they stood first.
  • District Level Athletic Competition
Marmik Upadhyay of class XI participated in District Level Athletic Competition where they stood 1st in the event High Jump.
  • District Level Athletic Competition and CBSE National Athletic Competition
Ninad Joshi of class X, Ayush Gupta of class IX and Sai Bhalekar of class VII participated in District Level Athletic Competition where they stood 1st in the event Running Race, and Long Jump. They also participated in CBSE National Athletic Competition and stood 1st in District Level Khel Mahakumbh.
  • CBSE Skating Championship
Sayali Gondhalekar Class IX bagged Bronze Medal in CBSE Skating Championship in 1000 meter speed inline at IEB School, Bhopal. She also stood 1st in District Level Khel Mahakumbh.
  • Games for Badminton Competition
Aneri Kaduskar of class XII secured  1st position in the School Games for Badminton Competition (under-19 Girls)
  • Khel Mahakumbh Table Tennis
Khushi Dekate of Class VIII and Shivanshu Pathak of Class VII stood 1st in Khel Mahakumbh Table Tennis event at District Level
  • Khel Mahakumbh Karate Competition
Priyakanth Sharma of class IX stood 2nd in State Level Khel Mahakumbh Karate Competition.
  • CBSE Custer Skating Tournament
Aarush Agrawal of class II participated in CBSE Custer Skating Tournament and bagged Gold Medal. He also participated at the National Level Competition.

CELEBRATIONS

  • Independence Day
Independence Day was celebrated on 15th August 2017 with great zeal and spirit befitting the occasion. Our Jt. Managing Trustee Shri Saumil Shah unfurled the Indian Tricolour and the parents graced the occasion. The school choir enthralled the audience with patriotic songs they sang. The highlight of the program was the patriotic dance and bravery dance performance by the students. Indeed, it was the day to love and respect our country..
  • Ganesh Chaturthi
The whole school celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi with great pomp and gaiety on 28th August 2017.The celebration started by carrying the idol of Lord Ganesha on a palanquin followed by a procession of students and teachers with the beats of drums and lezims. Students performed dances and had aarti to invoke blessings of Lord Ganesha. The idol was carried to each and every classroom .Finally it was taken for immersion in an eco friendly way. Students were distributed ladoos as Prasad. Truly it was a memorable festival.
  • Teachers Day
Teachers Day was celebrated on 5th Sept 2017 in the school with great fervour. The members of the students council organised a great show in the morning assembly dedicated to their teachers. They gave a speech on the importance of teachers and the role they play in the children’s lives. Music engulfed everyone with the graceful dance performance by students. Selected students from class VII to IX got an opportunity to become student teachers and shouldered the given responsibilities positively.
  • Hindi Diwas
Hindi Diwas was celebrated on 14th Sept 2017. A special assembly was organised to mark Hindi Diwas. Students highlighted the importance of national language by means of speeches and small skit. Information on Hindi authors and their works was displayed on the bulletin board.
  • Navratri
Navratri was celebrated with great joy and vigour on 27th Aug 2017. Students and teachers came in traditional dress. It was a colourful show with students and teachers dancing gracefully at the beats of Garba. The chairman Shri Jayendrabhai Shah, Jt. Managing Trustee Shri Saumil Shah an Madam Nilpa Shah graced the occasion and distributed prizes to the prize winners for the best performance and costume.
  • Swachh Bharat Abhiyan
On 3rd Oct 2017 our school organized cleanliness drive under swachh Bharat Abhiyan Programme. The main purpose of this program was to create awareness among the students regarding cleanliness and its benefits. As a part of this cleanliness drive, students from class V to X cleaned their own classrooms, corridors, cupboards, racks and bags.

 

ACTIVITIES

  • A hygiene program for the girls of class V and VI was conducted on 26th Sept’17.This health and hygiene program helped the girls to cope up with the physical and mental changes they go through at that age. It was conducted by Procter and Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Ltd.
