Primary to Senior Secondary – CBSE Unit, Harni (February 2025 and March 2025)
Naisha Desai of Std. IX bagged the 1st position in U/17 Khel Mahakumbh Swimming Competition 100 meter backstroke.
Vansh Kadam of Std. IV bagged the 1st position in U/11, Visarg Bhavsar of St. VII bagged the winner trophy in singles U/15 & Runner up in doubles U/15, Rudra Kadam of Std. VII won a Medal & a Certificate, being the semifinalist in U/15 Boys doubles, Adwait Pathak of Std. VIII was the 2nd runner up in U/15 Singles & U/15 doubles in Open Baroda Badminton Tournament.
Hardik Nagar of Std. IX & Rutva Pandya of Std VIII received a Medal each for completing 10 km, Bhavya Shah & Ved Patel of Std. IX received a Medal for completing 5 km fun race in Vadodara Marathon.
Aarna Prajapati & Tanisha Chhadva of Std. VIII bagged the 1st position & the 2nd position respectively in Academic Excellence Award.
Brightians participated in National Level Art Competition organised by Rangotsav Celebration. The participants demonstrated their creativity and skill in various competitions like Handwriting, Cartoon Making , Colouring and Sketching. 32 Brightians won special awards and prizes. Aarya Tanmay Gor of Std. IX won the 1st prize in Cartoon Making Competition and received a Bicycle and a Trophy. 415 other participants received Gold, Silver and Bronze medals and Consolation prizes.
Naksh Shah of Std. IV received the 3rd runner up trophy in International Competition & 4th runner up trophy in National Competition organized by UCMAS.
Vrisha Kharadi of Std. II received a certificate of excellence in ranks Kyu in Karate organized by JKA India.
Annual Concert - ‘Anmol Rishtey’
The Annual Concert of Std. IV to XII ‘Anmol Rishtey’ and the Annual Prize Distribution Ceremony was held in Shri J R Shah Auditorium on 25th January 2025.
The Chief Guest for the event was Dr Hemang Joshi, Member of Parliament (MP) for the Vadodara Lok Sabha Constituency. The event commenced by welcoming the Chief Guest Dr Hemang Joshi, the Chairman Dr Simit Shah, the Directress Ms Swara Shah, the Managing Trustee Ms Shairavi Bhayani and the parents. The Principal, Ms Neeta Sharma presented the School Report highlighting the achievements of the students and the school. She also shared the initiatives taken for the students by the Bright Management. The ‘Prize Distribution’ ceremony was held, wherein the winners of International, National, State Level & Interschool Competitions, as well as the Toppers of Std. X and XII for the academic year 2023-2024, were felicitated by the Chief Guest Dr Hemang Joshi.
The event commenced with a divine touch as Brightians invoked Lord Ganesha’s blessings through their captivating dance performance. Through the heartfelt dance performance ‘Parents’ Love,’ the students beautifully conveyed their deep love and gratitude for their parents, showcasing the profound bond and appreciation they hold for them. Brightians eloquently conveyed the deep bond, immense respect, and heartfelt gratitude they hold for their teachers through their charismatic dance performance titled ‘Students’ Teachers’ Bond’. This mesmerizing display beautifully highlighted the profound connection and appreciation shared between students and their mentors. Through their mesmerizing dance performance titled ‘Friendship,’ Brightians beautifully illustrated how true friendship intricately weaves hearts together with threads of trust, compassion, and unwavering loyalty. The performance powerfully captured the essence of genuine camaraderie, highlighting the deep connection that binds friends together. The ‘Hudo' dance enchanted the audience with its representation of village life in its truest and purest form. This traditional Gujarati folk dance kept everyone’s eyes glued to the stage, enthralling the audience with its vibrant rhythms and authentic depiction of rural culture. The subsequent dance performance, aptly titled ‘Siblings’ Bond,’ magnificently highlighted the unbreakable bond between siblings. This enchanting display beautifully captured the deep connection, shared memories, and enduring affection that define sibling relationships, leaving the audience deeply moved. ‘Veeranjali,’ was a heartfelt tribute by the students to the armed forces of the country. This powerful and moving performance celebrated the courage, dedication, and sacrifices of our soldiers, leaving the audience filled with pride and admiration for the nation’s heroes. The ‘Western Dance’ performance showcased the Brightians nostalgically reminiscing the unforgettable memories created within the school premises. This vibrant and energetic display beautifully captured the spirit of their shared experiences, bringing those cherished moments to life on stage. The event ended by proposing a Vote of Thanks to all and sundry. The event was a resounding success, earning widespread acclaim and heartfelt praise from the parents. The dances were splendidly choreographed by our choreographers Ms Vaishali Bane and Mr Jimmish Chaudhary.
Annual Concert - ‘Harmony’
The Annual Concert ‘Harmony' of Std I was held in Shri J R Shah Auditorium on 12th February, 2025. The event was set into motion by welcoming the Chairman Dr. Simit Shah and Directress Ms. Swara Shah, Principal Ms. Neeta Sharma and parents. The Principal presented the School Report highlighting the school’s and students' achievements.
The programme began on a divine note with the Prayer dance performance invoking the blessings of Lord Ganesha. Following this, the next performance ‘Ek Tha Raja...' showcased a beautiful story of animals and birds.
The next dance performance 'Zinghat' was full of fun and frolic. The ‘Waka Waka’ dance displayed a power-packed performance of the students. Moving forward, the ‘Hanuman Chalisa...' dance was the beautiful expression of devotion and spirituality.
The ‘Zubi Dubi...’- a playful dance with energetic vibes, rhythm and twists left the audience captivated. ‘Choona Hai Aasman ...' displayed the dreams of students and paid a tribute to 'Chandrayaan Mission'. ‘Punjabi Remix' - a unique blend of classic and modern tracks, entertained and energized the audience with its catchy beats.
The 'MahaKumbh' performance left the audience awed with the display of the MahaKumbh, the devotees and the sages at the Triveni. The event concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks. All dances were choreographed by our dance teachers, Mr Jimmish Chaudhary and Ms Vaishali Bane, contributing to the event’s grand success with 100% participation of the students. The parents appreciated the kids for their rocking performances.
