International School Award 2016-2019
Bright Day School, CBSE Harni bagged the coveted British Council International School Award for the second time for the period of 2016-19. During the academic session 2015-16, the students worked on several projects under the guidance of the ISA co-ordinators and teachers. The students worked on an online project in collaboration with students of Canada and UAE. The students of our school also made diyas and information cards during Diwali and sent them to a school in Texas, USA as Diwali Greetings and in return received Greetings from them during the Thanks giving festival. We were honoured by the British Council with the ISA Award in a felicitation ceremony held at Mumbai in December 2016.
International School Award 2013-2016
Bright Day School, CBSE Harni Unit won the prestigious accreditation with the British Council International School Award (ISA) for the period 2013-2016. This award was initiated in India in 2003 by the British Council United Kingdom’s International Organization for educational opportunities and enhancing cultural relations. ISA is about bringing the whole world in the classroom. The students worked on 7 different projects in the year 2012-2013 under the guidance of the teachers. The project added international dimensions to the curriculum & also enhanced international cultural awareness among the students. We were honoured with the International School Award 2013-2016 by the British Council in the felicitation ceremony held at Kolkata in November 2013.

Bright Schoool Chairman, Shri Jayendrabhai Shah been honoured by the Independent Schools Federation of India for his distinguished services for more than 4 decades in the field of education. The only person from the entire Gujarat State to be selected for this award. He was felicitated by Shri Oscar Fernandes (the then MP and Chairman - Standing Committee for R.T.I Bill) on 28.11.2011 at Delhi. Shri Vineet Joshi, the then Chairman of CBSE graced the function.
