- Ishaanvi Suryawanshi of 8 C -3rd in Bharatnatyam, 2nd in Drama, 3rd in Folk Group Dance.
- Elaakshi Suryawanshi of 6 F- 1st in Solo Kathak, 3rd in Western Dance and Folk Group Dance.
Rubiks Cube Tournament
Mantra Trivedi of 9 G won various medals and trophies in Rubiks Cube Tournament organized by Vadodara Rubik's Cube Academy
Classical and Rapid Tournament
Aditya Patel of 6 G recieved a trophy (Category Prize) in classical and Rapid Tournament in 18th GH Raisoni Memorial Nagpur Chess Festival 2025. He also bagged 1st position in Chess Competition organized by Incredible Garden Art and Vadodara Chess Club and won cash prize of Rs 700.

Today marks a magnificent milestone – Completion of 20 glorious years. Two decades of shaping minds, igniting dreams, and nurturing a legacy that last for lifetime From the first bell that echoed through it halls to the countless memories etched in every corner, our school has been more than just a place of education - it's been a cradle of character, curiosity and courage. To every students who's walked paths, every mentor who's sparked a mind, and every heart that has called this place home – this celebration is yours! Here's to the laughter in classrooms, the applause on stage, the victories on the field, and the spirit that binds us all together. Happy 21st Foundation Day! And to the many more yet to unfold.
World Heritage Day
World Heritage Day was celebrated on 19th April 2025 by the students of class 6 to 12. It was a great way to promote cultural awareness, understand diverse cultures, customs and traditions. Students actively participated and presented various activities like writing the lost recipes of our ancestors, made craft work based on different states, did research work on cultural rituals followed on different festivals. The students also made PPTs on the title Monument Disaster: Response and Recovery.' Creative brochures and pamphlets on Heritage Sites and Application of Science behind cultural traditions were also prepared. These Heritage Day Activities provided the students with an opportunity to explore and appreciate the history, diverse cultures and traditions of the country.
World Book Day
Bright Day School CBSE Vasna turned World Book Day into a festival of fun and imagination! The day began with the vibrant Scholastic Book Fair, inaugurated by President Sir, Shri Saumil Shah — setting the perfect mood!
Students enjoyed participating in various activities.
- Grade 6 — Leaves of dreams, books of wonder!
- Grade 7 — Characters with sass and speech bubbles!
- Grade 8 — Fan mail flying to favourite authors!
- Grade 9 — 4 pictures stitched into wild, wonderful stories!
- Grade 10 — Poems flipped into brand-new stories — creativity with a twist!

International Yoga Day
International Yoga Day was celebrated in Bright Day School on 21st June 2025. In the morning assembly students shared the history of celebrating International Yoga Day and also the importance and the benefits of doing yoga daily. The celebration also included warm up exercises, sitting and standing asanas and pranayam. The students also wrote an essay on the topic 'Importance of Yoga in our lives'. They also made drawings and posters on Yoga Day. The students were encouraged to practice regular yoga to remain fit and improve concentration.
Founder's Day
Founder's Day was celebrated in school in honour of the Founder of Bright Group of schools, Sir Shri Jayendrabhai Shah. It is an opportunity to express gratitude and appreciation for the school's founder, who contributed towards the significant milestones in the school's history.
A special assembly dedicated to honour the legacy and values of Shri Jayendrabhai Shah was conducted. Students acknowledged his contributions, vision and mission for the school. A self composed poem was also recited. A student of Class 3, Prayush Prajapati created a visual representation of Shri Jayendra Shah by arranging 800 blocks of uniform size. To pay heartfelt tribute to the visionary founder, the teachers gathered and organized a prayer meet.
The Chairman Shri Simit Shah and the President of the school, Shri Saumil Shah along with the Shah Family unveiled the Founder's statue in presence of all the Heads of Bright Group of Schools. This statue would serve as a visual reminder of his contributions and will inspire the current and future generations to uphold his ideals. It was indeed a momentous occasion - 'A day to honour our roots.
Guru Purnima
The auspicious day of Guru Purnima is observed to mark our mentors and teachers who illuminates the way to knowledge. The day was commemorated by invoking blessings from Goddess Saraswati and remembering the founder of Bright Group of Schools, Sir Shri Jayendrabhai Shah who inspired and guided us throughout our journey in School.
The celebration commenced with a special assembly where students delivered speeches highlighting the importance of teachers and the significance of Guru Purnima. Students expressed their heartfelt gratitude to their teachers through poems and by presenting them with handmade cards and applying Tilak on their forehead.
The Principal addressed the gathering, emphasizing the crucial role of teachers and encouraging them to respect their parents everyday who are the first Gurus. This celebration fostered a spirit of gratitude and respect for the teachers.
Students' Council Election 2025-26
School Election process is a time where students get to know about the process involved in choosing the right candidate for a particular post. The election for the Students' Council was held at Bright Day School, CBSE, Vasna on 30th June 2025. Students of classes 6 to 12 casted their votes one after another as they received an identification mark on their left index finger as a sign of participation. The objective of appointing the Students' Council is to provide a platform to the students to develop leadership qualities by organizing and carrying out the school duties and activities.
Investiture Ceremony
The Investiture Ceremony for the academic session 2025-26 was held with great pomp and dignity at Bright Day School on 7th July 2025. The Chief Guest of the ceremony was Shri V.M.Tank, PI, Bhaili Police Station.
The ceremony commenced with a prayer dance followed by a motivational song by the students. The newly elected student council members were conferred with badges and sashes by the Chief Guest, President of the school, Shri Saumil Shah and the Heads. The student council took an oath to do their duties to the best of their abilities. The Chief Guest addressed the audience and shared valuable insights with the students. The function concluded with the National Anthem.
Career Talk Session – Journey into Engineering
We recently conducted an inspiring Career Talk session in the field of Engineering, aimed at guiding students toward one of the most impactful and innovative career paths of today.The session offered a deep dive into the various branches of engineering — from mechanical and civil to computer science and electronics — while shedding light on emerging trends, real-world challenges, and the limitless opportunities that await aspiring engineers.
Students had the chance to interact with an experienced professional from the industry- Mr. Sandeep Choudhary- Jt. General Manager(Engineering), L&T Hydrocarbon Ltd.,Vadodara, gaining valuable insights into the academic journey, essential skills, and future prospects in engineering. It was a truly enriching experience that left our young learners motivated and curious about shaping the world through technology and innovation.

Self-Reflection and Empowerment seminar for Girls
A seminar was conducted for the girls of classes 7 to 10 on 28th July'2025 by the resource person Ms. Rashmi Kulkarni, the Director of Anagat, an organization formed solely for the purpose of helping children make the right career choice. She is also a Behaviour Skills Trainer. She has been actively working with adolescents on life skills, self-awareness and digital safety. The session included and guided the girls about the responsible use of social media, dressing with awareness and confidence, practicing respectful behaviour and mastering basic etiquette and interpersonal skills.
