The students of class IX, Bright Day School appeared for Talent Search Exam conducted by Gujarat Secondary Education Board (State Level) on 30th January 2025.
The Talent Search Test (TST) has:
- Objective : The test identifies and nurtures academically gifted students across Gujarat.
- Eligibility : The examination is open to secondary and higher secondary students enrolled in GSEB-affiliated schools.
The students achieved great success by scoring good percentile ranks and were in Merits at the state level.

3rd Seiko Kai Karate Gujarat Open Championship 2025 & Sansad Khel Spardha
Heeya Shah of X B participated in 3rd Seiko Kai Karate Gujarat Open Championship 2025, organized by Seiko Kai Karate Association, Vadodara on 3rd May 2025 and approved by Karate Do Federation, Gujarat. (KDFG) and Karate India Organization (KIO) on 3rd May 2025. She received @nd position in Individual Kata and Kumite.
Heeya’s second remarkable performance is in Sansad Khel Spardha organized by Sansad of Vadodara on 5th January 2025. The result was declared on 10th April 2025 and she received the medal for under 40kgs and age limit 17yrs at District level.
Rifle Shooting
Bright school is gratified to announce the achievements of Vishwa Pawar of class X D in rifle shooting competition at South-Central Gujarat level. Her triumph list is wide and rich with number of medals and certificates.

These events were organized by The Rifle Shooting Association on 21st -22nd June 2025 at Sports Complex Manjalpur, Vadodara in Individual and Team events.
International Yoga Day - 21.06.2025
Bright Day School celebrated International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm and spirit on 21st June 2025. The event aimed to promote physical and mental well-being among students and staff through the ancient practice of yoga. The performances of the young yogis in rotation exercises, standing, sitting and sleeping yoga stole the charm. The Yoga Day event at Brig ht Day School truly inspired everyone to adopt yoga as a part of their daily routine for a healthy and balanced life.
Election and Investiture Ceremony
In the realm of educational institutions, traditions and ceremonies play a vital role in shaping the school culture and fostering a sense of belonging among students, teachers, and staff. One such important event is the “Election and investiture ceremony”, which holds immense significance in schools across the globe. This article aims to delve into the depth of understanding the power of symbols and the impact of an investiture ceremony in the context of educational institutions.
Bright school VASNA unit had proudly hosted its elections and investiture ceremony on 27th June and 7th July respectively, marking a significant milestone in the academic year.
The event was a celebration of student leadership, recognition of talents, dedication, and hard work of our students. Our distinguished chief guest was Mr. V.M. Tank, PSI, BHAILI delivered an inspiring speech, highlighting the qualities of effective leaders and the responsibility that comes with leadership roles.

Debate Competition
Bright Day School had organized a debate competition on 24th July, 2025.
The topics were :-
- The Role of Students in Environmental Protection
- Building Effective Study Habits
- Importance of Kindness in Our Daily Life
- Cyber Security: Protecting Our Digital World
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students who expressed their thoughts confidently and backed their points with relevant facts and examples. The aim of the competition was to develop critical thinking and communication skills among students, while also spreading awareness on environmental issues.
The participants displayed great oratory skills and a deep understanding of the topics. The event concluded with the announcement of winners.
